That’s a fact. Spread betting works. People do make money from spread betting.
Recently I was discussing this issue with a guy who quit his job and now all he does is bet on spreads with several spread betting companies. Surprisingly I tried to sniff for more details and asked him how much he is making and how exactly he gets paid, and whether he’s not afraid not to get paid as his income is totally dependent on spread betting.
I got all the information I needed that day, spread betting works. After our conversation I signed up with a spread betting company and placed my first bet.
Financial spread betting is very easy, I mean one can get started in a matter of minutes. You sign up you make a deposit of money into your account and you place a bet on anything you’d like.
When referring to spread betting there’s sports betting and financial betting. The guy I was referring to dealt with financial spread betting which is basically placing bets on the trends of the financial markets such as FTSE, NASDAQ, betting on financial commodities such as oil, gas, gold, betting on stocks and currencies. It’s an investment without having to invest the real value of the stock.
The same guy I was talking about told me he nets 30 thousand pounds per month from online spread betting. It’s amazing. I never believed one could make these amounts and especially not online from gambling.
Regardless of the fact it is much like trading, it’s still betting. Betting on spreads is placing a bet on spreads set by the spread betting company (bookmaker for financial betting) and you actually try to guess whether the trend of the financial product will go above or below the spread.
There’s no limit on how much you can bet and you can minimize losses by placing a stop loss on your bets since if the bet goes the other way around you may lose a lot of money.
I am not a big expert in matters of the financial markets, I get updated at the evening news from time to time but it’s not the world I live in so it’s something I needed to get familiarized with. I signed up to some financial forums with constant updates and I watch the financial channel on television to get the latest updates. I also try to bet on something I know more of like commodities and not stocks and markets I never heard of.
I am currently registered to 3 spread betting companies (I have 3 accounts) and I make a daily profit of 100 pounds which is not that much but I feel comfortable enough to risk a larger amount.
I didn’t quit my job yet like the guy I was talking to and the spread betting companies I work with were recommendations I got from him in matters of steady payments and ease of use.
If I was to recommend whether to start betting on spreads and whether spread betting works, I’d say definitely. However I won’t lie and tell you I didn’t lose at the beginning.
Yes, I lost money. I was not fully aware of the complexity of the financial markets and I was too eager to get started.
