What is an affiliate program?
An affiliate program is a partnership between an affiliate (webmaster / website owner) and a company with a product which is being sold through its partners. Do you know what is an affiliate program ?

There are several types of commissions which affiliate programs can offer their affiliates including revenue share (percentage from the revenue generated from customers delivered by the affiliate), CPA (cost per acquisition – fixed payment per sale), Hybrid (combination of both revenue share and cpa) and other types including cpc (payment per clicks), cpm (payment per 1000 impressions) and flat payment (fixed payment for time frame).
Spread Betting is also promoted through affiliate programs, since most companies who offer financial spread betting also offered other types of financial investments such as forex or cfd, they are using their existing affiliate program to promote spread betting.
